By accessing, registering, or using Raibo Studio in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Content Safety Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these policies, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

You must not request, generate, upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, immoral, or harmful. This includes but is not limited to content involving nudity, sexual material, pornography, blackmailing, extortion, harassment, threats, impersonation, deepfakes, defamation, hate speech, or any activity that violates Indian laws or the rights of others.
6. Prohibited and Illegal Content
Raibo Studio strictly prohibits the creation or request of AI-generated content that involves nudity, obscene imagery, sexual exploitation, blackmailing, or misuse of a person’s identity. Such activities are illegal under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian Penal Code, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and other applicable regulations. Violation of this policy may result in severe legal consequences.
7. Zero Tolerance Enforcement
Raibo Studio follows a zero-tolerance approach toward policy violations. Any account found engaging in prohibited activities may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. In such cases, subscription fees will not be refunded, and access to the platform may be permanently revoked.
8. Monitoring, Logging, and Tracking
To maintain a safe digital environment, Raibo Studio actively monitors and logs user activity, including AI prompts, search queries, generated outputs, IP addresses, and device-related information. This monitoring is conducted solely for security, compliance, and legal purposes. By using the platform, you expressly consent to such monitoring and data processing.

If illegal or suspicious activity is detected, Raibo Infotech Private Limited reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and share relevant user data with cyber crime cells, law enforcement agencies, or other government authorities as required under Indian law. Cooperation with investigations is a core part of Raibo Studio’s commitment to lawful AI usage.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, AI models, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content associated with Raibo Studio are the exclusive intellectual property of Raibo Infotech Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Raibo Studio is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Raibo Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user misuse or unlawful activities conducted through the platform.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raibo Infotech Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising out of their misuse of Raibo Studio or violation of these policies.
13. Termination of Services
